How To Delete My Account
If you wish to delete your StudySphere account, please follow the steps below. We take account deletion seriously and require verification to ensure account security.
Send us an email
Email us at mstmindsoftwaretechnology@gmail.com with your account email ID and the last 4 characters of your password.
Verification (if needed)
If you cannot provide the last 4 characters of your password, we will send you a verification code to your registered email address.
Reply with verification code
If we sent you a verification code, please reply to our email with the code to confirm your identity.
Account deletion confirmation
Once verified, we will process your account deletion request and send you a confirmation email.
⚠️ Important Information
The following data will be retained for record-keeping purposes:
- App usage statistics
- Exams solved history
- Purchase metrics (what has been bought)
All other personal data will be permanently deleted.
